Ingredients
For the Cheesecake Base:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream
For the Fruit Salad:
2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
2 cups green apples, diced (toss in lemon juice to prevent browning)
2 cups red apples, diced (toss in lemon juice)
1 cup graham cracker crumbs (optional, for crunch)
For the Topping:
1/4 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Directions
1. Make the Cheesecake Base:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
2. Assemble the Salad:
