Cheesecake Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies 
Ingredients:
For the Cheesecake Filling:
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Cookie Dough:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Directions:
Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:
In a small bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Scoop small teaspoon-sized portions of the mixture and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 30
minutes to firm up.
