Ingredients:
Misua noodles
Shrimp
Patola (also known as Luffa or Sponge Gourd)
Garlic
Onion
Ginger
Chicken or vegetable broth
Salt and pepper to taste
Green onions for garnish
Instructions:
Heat oil in a pot. Sauté garlic, onion, and ginger until fragrant.
Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
Pour in chicken or vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
Add patola and cook until tender.
Add misua noodles and cook for 1-2 minutes until softened.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
