Strawberry Cheesecake Donuts with Crunch 

Ingredients
For the Donuts:

2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup sour cream
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Cheesecake Filling:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup strawberry jam
For the Strawberry Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2–3 tbsp strawberry puree (blend fresh or frozen strawberries)
1–2 tsp milk (to adjust consistency)
For the Crunch Topping:
1 cup crushed golden Oreos
1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
2 tbsp melted butter
