Grandma’s Peach Cobbler Pie

Ingredients:

Fruity Filling:

6-8 peaches (5-6 cups, sliced)
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Golden Crust:
1 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
6 tbsp cold unsalted butter
1/4 cup hot water
Radiant Finish:
3 tbsp sugar

1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425°F.
Mix filling ingredients and place in a 9×13-inch dish.
Combine topping ingredients, spread over peaches.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden.”
