3 slices of bread (rustic or sourdough recommended)
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon dried garlic powder
½ teaspoon Italian herbs
2 garlic cloves, minced
Feta cheese, crumbled
2 tomatoes, sliced
Fresh dill or parsley, finely chopped
