INGREDIENTS:
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable oil for frying
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
Fresh parsley for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Dredge shrimp in the flour mixture and set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha.
Toss fried shrimp in the sauce until coated.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
