Hashbrown Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 20 oz bag of frozen hashbrowns
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 10.5 oz can of cream of chicken soup (or homemade cream of chicken soup)
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 lb cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 cups corn flakes (crushed)
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
