1. Easy Lo Mein Sauce
Just mix all ingredients into a bowl to make a sauce.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp Oyster sauce
2 tbsp Sesame oil
1 tbsp Brown sugar
1/4 cup Water
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp cornstarch
This sauce is good for 1 pack of noodles (14-16 oz pack). Cook noodles according to package instructions. Stirfry everything with oil and garlic and your vegetables of choice or meat of choice.
No need to add salt! When you’re ready, pour the sauce into hot noodles or stir fry and mix it well until fully coated.
2. Love this Hibachi Noodles Recipe
Here’s the complete recipe:
1 pound spaghetti (cooked according to package) + 1/2 teaspoon oil to coat
4 tbsp butter unsalted
3 cloves garlic (grated) more if you want garlic
Sauce:
5 tbsp coconut aminos or soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tbsp sesame seeds
Salt and pepper to taste
Steps:
Cook noodles according to package. Once cooked, drizzle with 1/2 teaspoon of oil so it will not stick together. Set a aside.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the sauce. Set aside.
In a pan, melt the butter, add grated garlic. Sauté till fragrant. Add the prepared sauce. Simmer till it bubbles. Add the noodles. Mix until everything blended. Garnish sesame seeds. Ready to serve. Enjoy!
