Cheese (shredded mozzarella, cheddar, or a blend) to taste

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil for greasing

For the Yogurt Sauce:

Chopped fresh parsley

Plain yogurt

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Salt and pepper to taste
