Sweet and Savory Baked Pork Loin 

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to get it nice and warm.
2. Pat the pork loin dry with paper towels. This helps the seasoning stick better.
3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, brown sugar, garlic, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, thyme, and rosemary. This will create a delicious marinade.
4. Rub the marinade all over the pork loin, making sure it’s well coated.
5. Place the seasoned pork loin in a roasting pan. If you want, you can add some veggies around for added flavor.
