– ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
– ¼ teaspoon paprika
– ½ teaspoon chili powder
– ½ teaspoon salt
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 1 tablespoon hot sauce (adjust to your taste)
– 1 egg yolk
